SAMPLE CASES & FOLDERS

Samplecases.co.uk produce most popular styles of sample cases and folders. All our cases and folders are quoted and manufactured bespoke.

To provide you with an accurate quote we would need you to supply the products you would like to feature inside your case or a rough description of each item along with width x height x length measurements. In most instances the actual product dimensions will then determine the size of the case or folder.

Once you have accepted our quote we produce a pdf layout of your products for you to approve before proceeding with the case production.

Cases and folders can be produced as 1 offs or multiples.

We supply the following different types of case and folder:

ALUMINIUM FLIGHT CASES WITH CUSTOM CUT FOAM INSERTS:
These cases are lockable, are generally used for heavy duty products and come in various sizes or can be sized to order. The products are held in position by a custom made, routed block of foam.

Finger holes can be cut into the foam for smaller items to make for easy removal and replacement.

There are a small number of different coloured foams to choose from, the standard is a dark grey colour - for other colours available please enquire.

ZIP UP FOLDERS:
For smaller products we can produce leather and leather effect folders with elasticated loops and fabric dividers. There are a choice of folder colours and fabrics are available. Folders can be supplied with or without carry handles.

PLASTIC MOULDED CASES WITH CUSTOM CUT FOAM INSERTS:
These are lightweight cases suitable for smaller products. These are available in various colours. Products are held in position, as above, with a custom made, routed block of foam.

Logo's and graphics can be screen printed onto all the above cases and folders at the customers request.
