FOAM INSERTS

For heavy duty products you will need to have a custom cut, foam insert made to fit inside for your sample case. This serves two purposes, the first to keep the products safe from damage during transit and the second is to keep them in a fixed position for displaying the products when the case is open.

The foam is cut to the shape and depth of your products to give them a tight fit to prevent damage when transporting your products. If the depth of the product is excessive then the case lid recess can also be utilised.

Finger holes can be cut into the foam for smaller items to make for easy removal and replacement.

There can be occasions when large products need to be housed in the foam along with very small products that are too small to be routed from the foam, in this instance we can provide a number of solutions to accommodate this situation. These can be discussed prior to quoting.

There are a small choice of colours and densities of foam available which can be ideal for co-ordinating with your existing corporate colour.

As well a holding your products the foam inserts can be cut to fit other items if required such as a card with your logo or product information printed onto it, brochure or other item of literature.

If you can provide us with your products or width x height x length measurements we then lay them out in the best arrangement to fit the case. In all instances the layouts for the cut foam are sent to the client for approval before we proceed.
